ATT Metrology offers several laser tracker rental and precision laser scanning options for our customers. ATT will gladly review with a customer the strengths of each system and how it would apply to their specific needs. ATT also offers many Third Party Software options based on customer need and request. Leica Absolute Tracker AT901-Long Range

This is the laser tracker that set the new benchmark for aerospace and other large scale precision measurements such as windmill blade inspection or industrial machinery alignment. It gives you hand-held wireless probing (Leica T-Probe), and hand-held contactless scanning (Leica T-Scan), in a volume of up to 30 m (98 ft). Of course, it can also be used with a standard corner cube, in which case its typical measurement volume goes past 160 m (525 ft). This is the laser tracker that set new standards for usability with the Leica Absolute Interferometer and PowerLock, and continues to be the best selling 6DoF laser tracker in the world.

The Leica Absolute Tracker AT901 is now equipped with PowerLock. This active vision technology automatically locks onto any moving target without user intervention. By utilizing a vision system built into the Leica Absolute Tracker AT901 the sensor can now determine where a target is without the need for the laser beam to be locked on.

The Leica Absolute Tracker AT901 locks on to the target automatically as soon as it is within view of the sensor. This allows the operator to focus on the part they need to measure without constantly worrying about the laser tracker and whether or not they have broken the beam.

Leica Absolute Tracker AT401

The Leica Absolute Tracker AT401 is a portable CMM that allows extreme precision over ultra large distances. It is able to be powered by its own internal battery and is able to work in the most demanding environment, yet maintains the highest level of precision and the largest ever work envelope.

The Leica Absolute Tracker AT401 has a unique "All in One" system design that incorporates such needed accessories as built in live video, level to gravity, environmental monitoring and even an integrated IR remote control. By utilizing the integrated Wireless LAN communication the sensor can be used completely wirelessly.

The most accurate Leica Geosystems distance meter ever: The ADM has a resolution of 0.1 micron and a maximum uncertainty of 10 microns over a full 160 m radial volume. The absolute angle encoders provide traceable ISO 17123-3 0.5" accuracy with a 0.07" resolution guaranteeing system accuracy over extremely long ranges. Leica's LTD840 laser tracker delivers the fastest large-volume laser scanning measurement cycle in the industry for high point density (3,000 points/second) with a probing measurement range up to 15m (49ft). When used with a Leica T-Probe, the tracker's measurement volume expands up to 30m (98ft) and allows manufacturers to perform wireless probing of very large parts in one setup. Faro XI Tracker

The FARO Laser Tracker Xi has a 230-foot range, achieves 0.001" accuracy, and runs in two-distance measurement modes, making it the most accurate and flexible Laser Tracker system. In addition, the Faro Laser Tracker Xi has many advanced exclusive performance features:

XtremeADM: The GPS calibrated XtremeADM (Absolute Distance Measurement) adds high-speed measurement to FARO's advanced break-the-beam technology, making it the easiest and most-versatile ADM system available.

Smart Warm-Up: Runs automatically when the Tracker is switched on, and heats it to a stable temperature in half the time of the previous model. Reduces downtime; begin measuring more quickly.

Active Thermal Compensation: Reduces fluctuations in measurement accuracies - commonly referred to as "measurement drift" - by actively responding to changes in the Tracker's temperature. API Tracker3 Laser Tracking System

API's Tracker3 is substantially more compact (14"H, 18.8 lbs) than any other Laser Tracker on the market due to its innovative construction and exceptional engineering principles. The heart of this advanced tracker is the unique, on-the-shaft mounting of the laser head unit. API's design houses the complete laser interferometer, position sensing device, and ADM optics in one assembly. This API Tracker has a 40 meter range.

Faro SI Tracker

Faro's compact, lightweight and portable SI Tracker uses a laser beam to measure objects in the 0 - 200 foot range to an accuracy of ± 0.001". With its angular resolution, repeatability and accuracy, the Faro Tracker advances tracker technology, with features such as SuperADM, an absolute distance measuring capability that allows the user to quickly resume measuring even if the laser beam has been interrupted. Leica LTD500 w/ ADM & Nivel Level

Leica's LTD500 laser tracker has both the interferometer laser and the absolute distance measuring (ADM) laser. The equipment is available with AXYZ software, and an external mounting Nivel level.
